The Faculty of Dirasat Islamiyah has officially handed over cash waqf funds collected from prospective graduates of the 130th batch of the Faculty of Dirasat Islamiyah during the Graduate Release activities on Wednesday, November 22, 2023. The symbolic handover of waqf funds was received by Prof. Dr. Muhammad Zuhdi and the STF team in the presence of prospective graduates.

Deputy Dean II Dr. Mu'min Roup, M.A., representing the Dean of the Faculty of Dirasat Islamiyah, stated that the collection activities of cash waqf funds have been ongoing since the graduation of Batch 129. These funds are gathered from prospective graduates and the FDI Academic Community and are directly submitted to the Social Trust Fund (STF) UIN Jakarta. The aim is to manage the funds for the benefit of FDI students and UIN students who are in need.

The fundraising committee successfully collected a sum of Rp. 6.4 million. Vice Dean II expressed hope that in the future, waqf funds will not only be collected from prospective graduates, but also from alumni.
